Therapy is an important tool for everyone, regardless of whether or not you are facing a mental health issue. If you have any mental health concerns, experience overwhelming emotions, or have had a traumatic experience, feel free to contact me.
Who do You Work With?
I work with Individuals, Couples, and Families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Services are provided to Client's located in New Jersey and Florida.
How do I Know if Therapy is Right For Me?
Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or struggling with relationships or transitions. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
If you’re unsure, a free 15-minute consultation can help determine if therapy is a good fit for you.
Is Therapy Confidential?
Yes. Therapy is confidential, with limited exceptions as required by law. Confidentiality will be explained in detail during your first session so you can feel informed and comfortable.
What is a Typical Therapy Appointment?
Initial therapy sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes, allowing for a comprehensive assessment and a deep dive into your concerns. Follow-up sessions are designated to reinforce progress and address ongoing challenges, are scheduled for 45 minutes, providing ample time to explore insights and strategies.
How Frequently Will I Visit You?
I offer flexible treatment schedules that cater to the unique needs of each Client. Sessions are typically held on a weekly basis, ensuring regular support while allowing Client's the space they need for progress. As Client's evolve & demonstrate improvements in their well-being, I will skillfully taper down the frequency of sessions, fostering independence and empowering individuals to thrive on their own.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
At this time, all services are offered virtually to ensure accessibility and flexibility for clients in New Jersey and Florida.
What is your cancellation policy?
The policy for cancellation requires 24 hours' notice, no-shows and late cancellations are subject to full payment.
What are your fees, and do you accept insurance?
I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, United Health, AmeriHealth, MagnaCare and Self-Pay Clients. My fee is $120 per individual session and $150 per couples session, while offering limited reduced rate slots.
